Restorative Circle Event Logistics

Site for Both Events
The Maloof Auditorium1300 Commerce Drive,
Decatur, GA 30030.
The Maloof Auditorium is immediately adjacent to the Manuel Maloof Administration Building (DeKalb County Administration) at [map item A]

Public Transportation (from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport)
Take the MARTA rail (either Red or Gold line, fare = $2.00) to the Five Points station in downtown Atlanta. Transfer there to the Blue line headed East (“Indian Creek”). Disembark at the Decatur station [map item B]
Trains run every 10-20 minutes, but do not run between 1 am and 5 am.
Walk through the bus pickup area and continue in that same direction along the street with the parking garage to your left to the first intersection (Commerce and Swanton Way). Cross the street and turn left. The event site (Maloof Auditorium) will be the second red brick building in that block on your right.
Traveling by Car
From I-85 Southbound: (Greenville, SC)
- Get off at Clairmont Road Exit (91) and turn left at the end of the off ramp onto Clairmont.
- Go about 5 miles to Commerce Dr. (just past First Baptist Church on your right) and turn right.
- Follow Commerce Dr. around the curve and through 2 traffic light intersections.
- The event site [map item A] and parking lots are on your left [map item F].
From I-85 Northbound: (Montgomery, AL)
- Get off at Clairmont Road Exit (91) and turn right at the end of the off ramp onto Clairmont.
- Go about 5 miles to Commerce Dr. (just past First Baptist Church on your right) and turn right.
- Follow Commerce Dr. around the curve and through 2 traffic light intersections.
- The event site [map item A] and parking lots are on your left [map item F].
From I-75 Northbound (Macon, GA) or Southbound (Chattanooga, TN):
- Take I-85 Northbound (toward Greenville),
- Follow directions for I-85 Northbound (above).
From I-20 Eastbound (Birmingham, AL) or Westbound (Augusta, GA):
- Take I-75/I-85 Northbound toward Chattanooga/Greeville.
- Stay in the left 3 lanes after passing through downtown Atlanta to continue on I-85.
- Follow directions for I-85 Northbound (above).
Parking
There are unmanned parking decks [map item F] across the street from the Maloof Auditorium which accept credit card payment and cost $6.00 per day.
On the west side of the Maloof Building is a staff parking lot [map item G] which is free on weekends. Handicap parking is available east of the Maloof Building in the small surface lot to the immediate right side by reservation only. Metered parking costs $1.50 per hour and two-hour parking limit is enforced from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Outside these hours parking on the streets is free.
